Automatic VFFS Packing Machine

Vertical Form-Fill-Seal VFFS Packaging Machine is an automated packaging system that creates pouches or bags from a continuous roll of flexible film,vertically fills them with products,and seals them all in one integrated,high-speed operation.It's the dominant technology for packaging granular,powdery,liquid and small solid products. At first forming: film unwinds -guided through a forming collar -shaped into a vertical tube,also called bag former; Then filling : product drops into the tube via a fill cylinder ( it can be auger filler for powder,volumetric cup for grain or weigher for granule or snacks); Then sealing: Vertical sealing for film edges heat-sealed into a continuois back sealing & horizontal sealing to cross-seals creat the bag's top and bottom while separating finished seal; At last cutting for individual or joint bags are severed at the horizontal seal.Meanwhile,the date printer and gas flushing system are available in one machine.The common pouch styles includes pillow bag,side sealing sachet,gusseted pouch,stand-up pouch & quad seal pouch etc.
