UMEO's Linear Weigher Packing Machine is also called straight-line scale which can weigh irregularly shaped granular products;Unlike circular multihead weighers,its hoppers are arranged in a straight line,making it ideal for lightweight items that require gentle handling. The working principle is simple than multihead scales: product enters a central distribution hopper via vibratory feeding conveyor,then the product flows into 2/4/6/8 individual weigh hoppers arranged linearly;each hopper has a dedicated load cell for real-time weight measurement,once the weight reaches the setting aim weight,the finished hopper will open simultaneously,depositing product into below bags.
